Montgomery Illinois located in Kendall County in the west suburbs of Chicago is perhaps one of the fastest growing communities in the midwest right now. Situated along the banks of the Fox River, Montgomery is ideally located - near major arteries such as Route 30, Route 31, Orchard Road among others. Perhaps due to its location and position on the forefront of real estate development west of Chicago, Montgomery has seen a dramatic rise in the number of communities being built. The number of subdivisions in Montgomery is growing by several a year. Because of this, finding information about local communities in Montgomery has been rather difficult. My newest Montgomery subdivisions project is intended to address this problem.

As with many other Fox Valley communities, I have just recently started organizing information about each Montgomery subdivision. My ultimate goal is to provide detailed information about each subdivision in Montgomery down to the local level. This will serve as a great community resource for the members of these subdivisions as well as provide information for buyers who are thinking of purchasing a home in these areas.
